With an illustrious career spanning over three decades, Chef Bastian has delighted palates through her flagship restaurants, Taste of Sri Lanka, The Green Eatery, and Caribbean Vibes, strategically located in Ontario, Manitoba, and Jamaica. Her culinary expertise has not only earned her recognition on popular television shows, including the Food Network's Fire Masters but also fueled her passion for giving back to the community.

Driven by a deep sense of social responsibility, Chef Bastian established this non-profit to ensure that individuals lacking financial means or in need of assistance can enjoy a hot, nourishing meal daily. Our mission is rooted in utilizing rescued food—ingredients that would otherwise go to waste, sourced from Chef Bastians' restaurants and supplemented by donations from grocery stores, rescue apps, and generous contributions. By transforming surplus and donated ingredients into delicious, healthy meals, we aim to address food insecurity and extend a helping hand to the homeless and those facing challenging circumstances.
